Qualifications:
Experience giving earnings guidance in a public company setting.
Must have managed budgeting and forcasting processes in a medium to large size company.
Must understand due diligence and be able to communicate with potential targets and banks.
Must be able to prepare and present financial results to BOD
Accounting or Finance Degree a must, MBA or CPA a plus. |
