| Description |
| Provides clerical and organizational assistance to include operating the computer in performance of clerical duties to assist in the preparation of center and mobile drive promotional materials. Maintain and update blood drive calendar as necessary for calendar meetings. Sorts and distributes mail, answers telephone, orders supplies for the center, assists with special events, and performs similar duties. Contact past blood donors from existing database to secure donation commitments and appointments.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace for a multiple number of people.
• Must have very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Excellent phone skills.
Attention to detail.
