Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Description

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience with high-level office administration 
  • Effectively plan, coordinate and execute meetings and travel arrangements 
  • Experience with ordering office supplies
  • Proficient data entry skills 
  • Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Office equipment experience (fax machine, copier, scanner) 
  • Experience handling mail 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Must be able to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines 
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Stable work history 
  • Must be available for overtime, weekends, and evening hours 
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
