Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with high-level office administration
- Effectively plan, coordinate and execute meetings and travel arrangements
- Experience with ordering office supplies
- Proficient data entry skills
- Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Office equipment experience (fax machine, copier, scanner)
- Experience handling mail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Stable work history
- Must be available for overtime, weekends, and evening hours
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
